Returns and Refund Policy for Compact Vending Machine
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Compact Vending Machine, we take pride in our products and strive for your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your order. We are dedicated to resolving any issues to ensure your contentment with our products.
Return Authorization and Process
In the rare instance where we are unable to resolve your concern, we will provide authorization and detailed instructions for returning your order. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund for the item’s cost, excluding the original shipping cost and a maximum restocking fee of 20%, if applicable. Please note that shipping costs, once incurred, cannot be reimbursed. For items with “Free Shipping,” the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returned products must be in their original unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Products that have been assembled or modified cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded:
- Edible Products: This includes gum, candy, and nuts, based on general health and safety policies.
- Replacement Parts
- Customized Products: This encompasses customized coin mechanisms, custom-printed gumballs, bulk vending tokens, custom machine productions, and any other items produced according to your specific request.
- Items We Cannot Resell: All returns must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return Process
To initiate the return process and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please email us with your original order number, your name, contact information, and the product(s) you are returning. Alternatively, you can call 1-800-260-0010. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.
Do not send any product back without obtaining an RMA. Carefully wrap the package, including the RMA number on the shipping label. Ensure that all returned products are in unused original condition and packaging. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the provided address. Save the return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us for tracking purposes.
Please note that unless the return or exchange is due to our error, we cannot refund shipping and handling. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original purchase.
Incorrect Product Received?
If you suspect receiving the wrong item, double-check your order confirmation and contact us immediately via email or phone. Provide your order number, and upon receipt of the incorrect item, we will reimburse you for shipping expenses and send out the correct item.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel an order after placing it but before it has shipped, a three and one-half (3.5) percent cancellation fee will apply to the entire refund. Cancellation requests may take 1-2 business days to process.
Refused Shipments
For refused shipments, original and return shipping costs, along with any applicable restocking fee, will be charged to the original payment method. This policy applies even to items with “Free Shipping,” with actual shipping costs deducted from the return refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser, resulting in a return to Compact Vending Machine, the purchaser will be responsible for outbound and return shipping costs, plus any applicable restocking fee.
Incorrectly Ordered Items
To receive credit for incorrectly ordered items, return the product at your expense following the Returns Process. Note that returns due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to choose a return delivery method. Compact Vending Machine cannot issue credit for shipping in either direction on orders caused by customer error.
Product Descriptions
While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions may not be entirely error-free. Product representation aims to be as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur. In some cases, products may not appear exactly as shown on the website.
Guarantees and Warranties
Our products are guaranteed and warranted by the manufacturer from the date of equipment receipt to be free of defects in material and workmanship. For the warranty period, the manufacturer or its representative will honor new merchandise requiring repair. It is essential to return a signed registration form to validate equipment guarantees and warranties.
Product Changes
Compact Vending Machine strives for continuous improvement in design and operation. We reserve the right to change model numbers, specifications, and product design without entitling the buyer to corresponding changes.
Disputes
Any disputes under this agreement will be settled through arbitration before the American Arbitration Association of Irvine, CA. Purchasers will be liable for legal fees and monetary damages incurred by Compact Vending Machine in enforcing this agreement. The interpretation of this agreement will be determined by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive venue for dispute resolution in Irvine, CA.
Severability
If any term in these conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable term was never included.
