AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you, whether on a personal basis or representing an entity (“you”) and Compact Vending Machine, hereinafter referred to as “Compact Vending Machine,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” regarding your access to and utilization of the https://compactvendingmachine.com website, and any other related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and consented to abide by all these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any or all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must cease use immediately.
Supplementary terms, conditions, or documents that may be published on the Site from time to time are explicitly incorporated into this agreement. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to make modifications or amendments to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice for each such alteration. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
The information presented on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any individual or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would violate laws or regulations, or subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Those accessing the Site from other locations do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for complying with local laws, if applicable.
The Site is not customized to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.). Therefore, if your activities are subject to such laws, you may not use this Site. Additionally, the Site may not be used in a manner that violates the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
The Site is intended for users aged 18 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Site constitutes our proprietary property. All Content, including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos (collectively referred to as the “Marks”), are either owned or controlled by Compact Vending Machine or licensed to us. These are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for informational and personal use only. No part of the Site, including the Content and Marks, may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent.
Eligible users are granted a limited license to access and use the Site, and to download or print a copy of any part of the Content for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Compact Vending Machine.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By accessing the Site, you affirm and warrant that:
- All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will promptly update and maintain the accuracy of your registration information.
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Use.
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence.

Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information grants us the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future use of the Site.
USER REGISTRATION
Certain features of the Site may require you to register. You agree to keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change any username if we determine it is inappropriate, obscene, or objectionable.
PRODUCTS
We strive to accurately display the colors, features, specifications, and details of products on the Site. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or error-free nature of such information. Your electronic display may not precisely reflect the actual colors and details of the products. Product availability is subject to change, and we may discontinue items at any time for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, checks, money orders, and ACH. By making a purchase through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. It is your responsibility to update account and payment information promptly to facilitate transactions and communication. Sales tax will be added to purchases as required. Prices are subject to change, and all payments must be in U.S. dollars.
You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for the total amount of your purchases, including any applicable shipping fees, upon order placement. We reserve the right to rectify errors or mistakes in pricing, even after payment has been requested or received. We may refuse orders or limit quantities at our sole discretion, including those placed by or under the same customer account, payment method, or billing or shipping address.
RETURN POLICY
Refer to our Return Policy, available on the Site, before making any purchases.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The Site may only be used for its intended purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Systematically retrieving data from the Site without written permission.
- Unauthorized use, including collecting user information for unsolicited emails.
- Advertising goods and services without explicit endorsement.
- Disrupting or interfering with security features of the Site.
- Unauthorized framing or linking to the Site.

- Bypassing measures to prevent or restrict Site access.
- Harassing our employees or agents.

- Uploading viruses, Trojan horses, or disruptive material.
- Using mechanisms for information collection or transmission without authorization.
- Using automated systems, including spiders, robots, or cheats.
- Disparaging or harming Compact Vending Machine or the Site.

SOCIAL MEDIA
In the context of the Site’s functionality, users can connect their accounts with third-party service providers through two methods: (1) providing login information on the Site or (2) permitting the Site to access their third-party accounts based on the terms and conditions of those accounts. Users affirm that they have the right to disclose login information without violating any terms and conditions, and by granting access, they acknowledge that the Site may retrieve and store Social Network Content (content provided and stored in third-party accounts). The availability of Social Network Content on the Site is subject to the third-party service provider’s actions, and users can disable the connection at any time. It’s important to note that the user’s relationship with third-party service providers is solely governed by their agreements with them, and the Site does not review Social Network Content.
SUBMISSIONS
Any information, suggestions, or feedback (“Submissions”) provided to the Site becomes its exclusive property. The Site gains exclusive rights and can use Submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledging or compensating users. Users waive moral rights, warrant the originality of Submissions, and agree not to claim against the Site for alleged infringement.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Site may contain links to Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content. The Site does not monitor or check the accuracy of such content and is not responsible for it. Inclusion of links or content does not imply endorsement. Users accessing Third-Party Websites do so at their own risk, and terms of use shift to those of the third party. The Site disclaims responsibility for products or services on Third-Party Websites.
ADVERTISERS
Advertisers are responsible for their advertisements and services on the Site. Advertisers must have rights to place ads and are subject to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). The Site provides ad space but holds no other relationship with advertisers.
SITE MANAGEMENT
The Site reserves the right to monitor, take legal action, restrict access, disable Contributions, remove content, or manage the Site to protect its rights and property.
PRIVACY POLICY
Users agree to the Privacy Policy, acknowledging data transfer to the U.S. Users are encouraged to review the policy if accessing the Site from regions with different data laws.
DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)
The Site respects intellectual property rights. Users can notify the Site of copyright infringements. The DMCA Notice and Policy outline procedures for notifications and counter-notifications.
TERM AND TERMINATION
The Site can deny access, terminate accounts, or manage usage at its discretion without notice. Users are prohibited from re-registering upon termination. Legal actions may be pursued upon termination.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
The Site can change, modify, or remove content without notice. It may also modify or discontinue Marketplace Offerings. The Site is not liable for any loss during downtime or modifications.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes may be informally negotiated for 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration, excluding certain disputes. Users waive class-action rights. Certain disputes are exempt from informal negotiations and arbitration.
CORRECTIONS
The Site can correct errors or inaccuracies at its discretion.
DISCLAIMER
The Site is provided as-is. The Site disclaims warranties, is not liable for errors, and is not responsible for third-party products or services.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Site and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, or other damages arising from site use.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify the Site from claims arising from their Contributions, site use, or breach of Terms.
USER DATA
While the Site maintains data for performance, users are solely responsible for their transmitted data.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
Users consent to electronic communications and agree to electronic signatures and transactions.
CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS
California users can contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs for unresolved complaints.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms, along with Site policies, constitute the entire agreement. The Site’s failure to enforce rights doesn’t waive them. The Site is not liable for uncontrollable events. If any provision is deemed unlawful, it doesn’t affect other provisions. No joint venture or employment relationship exists. Users waive defenses based on the electronic form of these Terms.
